ARAWI EXPERIENCES

Cordillera Blanca Santa Cruz Trek

Turquoise Lakes & Andean High Grasslands (Private)

4 DAYS / 3 NIGHTS

HUARAZ | CORDILLERA BLANCA

What to expect?

Huaraz, located at 3,000 m in the Callejón de Huaylas valley, is one of the world’s premier hiking destinations—offering breathtaking landscapes far from the crowds of Machu Picchu. From here, the Santa Cruz trek reveals the beauty of the Cordillera Blanca, home to towering 6,000 m+ peaks, turquoise lakes, and sweeping highland valleys.

Over four days, you will cross the Punta Unión pass (4,750 m), enjoy panoramic views of peaks such as Taulliraju (5,830 m) and Alpamayo (5,947 m), and walk through valleys framed by glacial lakes and Andean grasslands. The route follows the Santa Cruz valley before descending into Huaripampa and visiting the spectacular Llanganuco lakes on the way back to Huaraz.
